This Privacy Policy explains how Ouba (“Ouba,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the Ouba mobile application and website at ouba.art (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Ouba is intended only for users aged 18 and older.
